What's new

đź‘‹ Welcome to the Polaris Xpedition Forum! Please post an introduction thread!

New Family Rig. Any input on must have tools? Rear winch? Spare parts? Looking forward to the summer!
Welcome and congrats on the new machine!

For me, I rarely even use the front winch, so I don’t need a rear one. I guess it depends on how you typically ride and your normal terrain.
Must have tools for me are:
Tire Plug kit and sidewall patch kit.
Cordless tire inflator. (I use a Makita 18v compressor)
Spare cvt belt
Basic tool kit. (They come with very basic tools for belt change and such, but it’s better to have a little more comprehensive set, like the Assault or SATV Tool roll)
Spare Fuses/Fuse Breakers. (I’ve seen multiple cooling fan breakers fail on these machines)
And a Jump Pack. (I use the Anti-Gravity Micro 10 jump pack. I’ve needed it several times myself, and a ton of times to help others)

New to the Xpedition. We've had it only a month. The more I drive it, more I like it. We've had 3 RZR's and 3 Sportsmen. Looking forward to some great rides
