I purchased one of these Kits from StoP & Go great for leaks one can fix with a plug. I also went the the Bicycle Shop and purchased tube of their cement that goes with plugs. Pirate
This is everything installed and back on the XPEDITION. And you can see the filter is easy to get too once you open the access panel.

Finally got around to installing the access panel this morning, took about an hour. I followed the directions and fitted the template on the skid plate and marked where I need to cut and drill holes.

One I did that, I put blue painters tape around the hole I need to cut out. They supply you with the drill bit and 1” hole cutter.

I use a grinder to cut the access hole. I also use a round file to clean up the 1” holes and a flat file to clean the access hole.
