Hello all. I have searched my question and haven't seen much on it. I am almost done installing the SATV 1"forward arms. I have three questions for anyone that has these.

1. The brake hoses seem to be tighter than I like. I ran them down the rear part of the arm like it's supposed to be but it seems snug. Has anyone had issues with this?

2. Exactly how much steering have you lost? I have seen mixed reviews on Facebook but it seems no one can answer. I am running 32" tires on 15x10 KMC wheels with zero offset.

3. If you lost a large amount of steering, have you done anything to gain some back or have you let it be and sucked it up.

I mostly ride on trails and ATV parks in Southwestern PA and some trails can be tight.

I appreciate you reading.

I have had SATV forward a arms on my XP Turbo. Mine had plastic steering stops that you put on the rack so you didn't turn so far you would break an axle. That reduced steering so much it felt like you were driving a school bus. You couldn't make the switchbacks without doing a three point turn. I removed the steering stops. Turned a whole lot sharper. Then I was backing out of a parking lot and cranked the wheel all the way to the right- heard a popping sound. I broke a CV joint on the axle.
Now this was the stock axles. I think the SATV Rhino 2 axles have a better cv joint allowing wider turns. If yours has the plastic steering stops and are running stock axles I would talk to SATV and see what they say.
You can also look into grinding down the metal steering stops but once again, if you go to far you will break an axle if turning full lock
