I have this problem with my new 26 Xpedition North Star. Cruising the backroads in Wisconsin last month it got really bad. Enough to make my eyes burn and started making my wife sick. Opened a Polaris Owners Connection case when we got back home. Then took the machine into the dealer for it's break-in service and Warranty work. They drove it and verified the strong odor. I had to fill out a Polaris Quality Detail Form which was sent to the Safety Claims Dept. at Polaris. Been a little over a week, the dealership called to give me an update. They are giving Polaris info and pictures. Just waiting on Polaris to see what they come up with.
