Since there’s no threaded holes, or anywhere for jaws to hook into, I haven’t found any puller that works.
And while Polaris wants you to disassemble the steering column to remove the steering wheel with tapping the end of the steering shaft, (I’ll recommend this as a disclaimer)
We pull them by having one person pull up on the steering wheel, while another gives it a pop with an air hammer. I’ve also done it by myself, by tapping the end of the shaft with a brass hammer and pulling the wheel up at the same time. It is easy to damage the threads on the end of the shaft if ones not careful, so I don’t recommend it to anyone who isn’t sure about what they’re doing.
These methods have worked on every make I’ve done steering wheel replacements on.
