Holy hell, you guys have been through it! Thankfully you are here to talk about it and props for sticking with it! Hopefully, the third time is a charm! π
Welcome to the forum!
There are several threads here about sound-deadening options that our members have done that you will find helpful. Here's a link to one of them.

Welcome to the forum! Glamis is one of my favorite places to ride and I wished I lived closer so I could go more often. Since you're coming from a built YXZ1000 I don't think you will have much of an issue with the sound in the cabin on the Xpedition. My built YXZ was probably the loudest...
I'm not sure of the exact size of these tires, but they are 33s.

Hopefully, someone else with your size tire can chime in on fitment.
Polaris Ranger 1500 XD Northstar Ultimate BONE STOCK Vs Polaris Xpedition 1000 XP5 with RPM Slip-On Exhaust, 32's and beadlocks, added ADV rear cargo parts and cargo rack.
Welcome to the forum! The full cab along with heat and air conditioning are going to make the Xpedition comfortable year-round for you and your passengers.
It looks great with the window tint and wheels and tires! Looks like it would easily clear 33-inch tires the way it sits. The factory ground clearance on the new XD is impressive.
Welcome to the forum, Jet! I don't think interior sound is as much of an issue if you aren't going with a full cab. It's only exaggerated when you go with a full cab. You can easily insulate the firewall to help with some of the heat, but having air movement without the cab should also help with...
The ground clearance on the Ranger XD looks to be considerably more than the Xpedition next to it. Do you have stock tires on the Ranger XD or are they larger aftermarket tires?
Honestly, it's probably better that your dealer is going to get to go through it and fix everything. They have one job to do and want to make you happy. Whereas, the factory is just stamping them out as quickly as possible.
Welcome to the forum, Karl! There are several members here that have the same leaky oil pan issue that you have. I'm sure someone will chime in here with their experience with how the dealership handled it.

Kawasaki is set to reveal an all-new premium Side X Side on 01.23.24 and it has piqued our interest! It looks like it will have a fully enclosed cab with HVAC and an inline 4-cylinder engine! Here's the most recent teaser about this upcoming vehicle.

Watch professional rock climber Sasha DiGiulian use the Polaris XPEDITION to reach remote climbing spots in Colorado. For Sasha, climbing is her passion, her job, her sport, and it's what she has been doing for as long as she can remember.
The carpet you installed looks great! Have you noticed any sound reduction inside the cab after you installed it? I'm hoping that would be an ancillary benefit to an otherwise really good-looking carpet kit.
Welcome to the forum! I would say that the Xpedition is going to be the best/most comfortable winter SXS you could get. You could try putting a cab, heater, etc on a General, but it's not really going to compare to the Xpedition. Just my 2 cents. I'm sure some others here will chime in who have...
32-inch tires seem to fit well. More info here: 32 Razor Pro Tires on Expedition XP Northstar(2)
I'm not sure if a true 33-inch tire will fit with the stock suspension, but some 33s actually measure in at a 32-inch diameter.
Welcome to the forum! There are lots of good threads here about the cabin noise and what you can do to the Xpedition if you feel like you would like to cut down on the noise. Ultimately, having an enclosed cabin is definitely going to make the noise more noticeable than other open-air UTVs.
