XP5 Roof

You’ve also got all the roof wiring clipped to the underside of the roof.
Hey JT.....since I've never removed the rear headliner...(yet), would you know if there is any wiring that runs aft of the rear dome light area that would interfere with a bar type device running across the rear roof like I explained earlier to prevent the sag?

There’s wires along the sides of the roof going back to the speakers. I don’t think it’d be too difficult to place them such that additional crossbars could be used.

You could get the dealer to get you a replacement as I did. And a year later a slightly less sag will appear that separates the roof panels enough so that you will get a small leak when in wet weather. I was going to place an arched metal bar under the roof to hold it up better but went a different route. Some on this forum have used caulk, but I use a piece of RV tape across the seam.

Dealer replaced but same thing as you say . Yes I also installed the tape. No leaks but looks like shit for a 50k utv
