Hello everyone,
I am having a strange issue with my ride command plus and was wondering if anyone else has experienced this.
For some reason my hour meter and diagnostic data will not update on the app. All my other telemetry will update when I power the machine on and once a day update my battery and location.
Under the last update I have two date stamps. For example, it will look like this. Last Update 4 hours ago/6 weeks ago *.
There is a little star beside six weeks ago indicating something but I can't find what that means. Polaris support has no idea, and my Dealer is awesome but not so great with new tech.
I was hoping someone may have experienced this. Usually, I can find this kind of information out there on the web, but this service seems so new there is not a lot of info out about it,
