So the stock flooded battery is 7.01” H x 6.55” W x 7.73” L
This is what I found for a high performance battery that should fit.

He just said that he wouldn’t leave it on that long just use park. I will not be using like that again only for a short time when needed on a hill or something. Might have a bad switch don’t know? But I lost half a day at the shop and that’s them getting me in within a hour which I thought was...
Fyi for those having a Spring Brake Thingy installed. I had mine set for for approximately 36 hrs setting on the trailer heading to northern Wisconsin before unloading to find that it messed up the pressure switch on the brake master cylinder (stuck on). Had to take it to shop and have it...
Notice that my A/C service ports high and low pressure have no caps on them which is a bad deal in my opinion for dirt and mud. Just curious if anyone else's is the same way? Need to figure out what size they are now?
Had to trim around 2” off, Remove the rubber grommet and slide it through the grommet and just stuff it down in the slot then reinstall the rubber grommet. Pretty easy really.
I like them so far, don’t have many miles on them. But they got though some snow that was around 16” deep with no problem. Yes I like the fact that it’s a lighter tire and should help with performance. I did go with the valor wheels and love the looks of them.
Well finally got the Xpedition back with them fixing the oil pan leak (12 hrs engine pull) and installing accessories they didn’t have back in November. Those driving and scene lights are pretty damn bright for there size. Also love those Valor wheels.
Awesome set up, That’s a beast with that wheel stance and 35’s. I agree with shock therapy springs cant go wrong with them. I’m running sys 3 rt320 33’s at 40# a piece and love them their 35’s are 43# if you would like some more zip fyi. Enjoy!!! As I’m jealous of you having that HCR set up...
God I love that bed extension and the whole machine far as that goes. Only thing with my rig it would probably block the rear scene light with the spare tire and that’s what I would really like to have Is a spare tire. Anyway awesome machine!
Welcome aboard! Your wife should really enjoy the comfort of the northstar, mine does. Biggest thing is the noise from the engine, but there is things you can do with the clutch and sound deadening the firewall. I had fairly good luck on what I did which is posted under sound deadening...
I didn’t opt for the clutch kit as I didn’t want to loose performance. Had fairly good results on sound deadening. Look under Sound Deadening Materials on what I did, but it wasn’t cheap. Good luck and enjoy!
For those that have the Rigid scene lights from polaris how do you like them? Are they worth it, bright enough? As I was thinking on getting them. Thank you in advance.
Update on noise levels… Cruising speed is about around 70 db at average at 30 to 35 mph. Still was around 78 to 80 db wot… Take note Polaris you could fix this without a clutch modification just use the right materials! That’s my 2 cents worth!! I’m happy 😁
Yes Ryan it is the Resonix Barrier. I used the 3mm as it was going to be a tight fit with the fiber mat 45 over the top of it. Yes it’s very easy to work with you can cut it with scissors and mold it to how you want it And yes it is not cheap. Think you’re paying for the lead sheetIng which...
So I finally finished up with the rear floor and fire wall on the XP5 and feel that I really made a good improvement on the engine noise! So here’s what I used, First. Killmat and Resonix pro CLD squares first layer, Second. I replaced the felt liner and installed Resonix lead sound barrier cut...
AJK off-road came out with one for the Xpedition. Uses 3 of the existing bed bolts and need to drill 2 front mounting holes, And they are lockable. Works for me.
For those interested I found a high end sound deading manufacturer with test results of many different other manufacturers. https://resonixsoundsolutions.com/shop/ Also for waterproof floor covering Dynadeck that you will have to cut to fit… DynaDeck - Dynamat Online Store Happy holidays!
For the amount of money we pay for these things that should be uncalled for. Makes me think what quality of craftsmanship on final assembly workers they have. Nice videos buy the way. Plan on doing the same on the back and the flooring with Dynamat, Dynacore and Dynadeck. Yes they are expensive...
So I seen on the Polaris website they are coming out with new wheels that fit stock wheels offset, which they say is +61.8mm offset Is what they’re showing. Can anyone confirm what I’m reading? Because if true there’s only a very few after market wheels that are available to keep you under the...
Thank you for the detailed info! Plan on doing mine as well when I receive it. Also with all the other sound deadening for back firewall with Dynamat and 1” Dynacore And the flooring with Dynadeck. Hopefully it will help out some. Every little bit helps!
Love the looks on your 33” RT 320’s. Are you still happy with them? As going to purchase a Xpedition Xp 5 In the coming weeks and thinking of having the dealer change out the stock tires. By the looks of the tire being slightly narrower and curved. I would think it to be a better handling on the...
