With this info the RZR Pro is 21mm bore is a little larger than the Xpedition being 3/4". Might be something to look into swapping the system over to the Pro R parts.
Was a problem before an definitely a problem now that I have added larger tires and accessories. Would a new master cylinder help? I hear the Pro R's have great brakes, maybe a retrofit.
I understand this and was good with the factory seats, just wanted the upgrade. I will say that just the few times in the car now with the new seats, I can tell it will be even better!
BTW 35's will not fit on a stock buggy. I just tried it bored waiting for my LTK to arrive. Had to do a 7 point turn around due to front passanger tire rubbing. NO problems in a straight line!
I am only adding the reflectix to try and help with temp control since we live in a humid area, didn't think it would hurt to try it. As far as sound, we are not disappointed at all with the sound although I will admit it is why I did NOT purchase one when they first delivered. I am glad that...
While I am in the middle of the build I thought I might ask a question of noise and insulation. I have the headliner removed to run the wiring for the scene lights, 50" light bar and so on.
Insulation, I was thinking of adding reflectix between the roof and the headliner as another barrier...
Welcome to the group! We took the RZR to SD Black Hills around the Nemo area in 2021, would like to bring the Xpedition up for another trip. I AM one of the yearly 2 wheel visitors of Sturgis in August LoL.
I was able to start some of the installs this weekend, still need to finalize the wiring harness's and reinstall the headliner.
I have also decided to run 35" tires and ordered a ThumperFab Long Travel kit, 5-8 weeks out on kit.
Polaris - Rigid 50" Light Bar
Polaris - Rigid Scene Lights...
I've taken ours to Wolfpen Gap in Arkansas at 72" wide and had no problems. I ordered a TF Long Travel kit today and with the new wheels I should be at 75". May be my imagination but it pretty stable at 72" vs the 64" stock width.
I am in Texas and have traveled to Mena, Ar (Wolfpen Gap) with the new Xpedition. A few years ago we took our RZR to Sturgis, SD to ride in through the Black Hills Forest and we went to Crossbar in Oklahoma. These trips were great trips, nothing crazy stupid get you killed kinda stuff but we...
The list is long. Waiting for the buggy to get back from the dealership so I can start the build, I've already installed the Polaris HD Extreme Kick Out Rock Slider, Folding Mirrors and Rear Window Molle Panels.

Can you provide further detail of wiring the rear washer pump into the new switch? I have the extra pump, wiring pigtail and the the CRV nozzle mentioned above.
Question on the RR setup? With both GMRS and VHF offered, what is the majority of people using for the UTV? Does the RR GMRS commuincte with a Midland handheld GMRS unit?
I ask this as most of my group will not spend the money for the RR setup, I don't mind if as I like their setup best as...
I have the ADV5 and I was worried about the noise. Personally, it really is not that bad for the short time you (I) are at that RPM/Speed range. If I had to drive it for hours at a time at full speed then yes I could see it being annoying. *Note... This being said, I put 32's on it for the...
I switched from a 2018 RZR and love the new platform (ADV5 Northstar). It developed a few problems from the first ride but it has warranty and will be going in this weekend for repairs. Get ready to spend $$ on accessories!
Current setup is below
KMC Gernade 15x7 (10mm offset)
EFX Motohamer 32x9.5
1" wheel adapters from 5-Lug to 4-Lug
The buggy sits at 72" wide now.
I am wanting to lose the wheel adaptors and run a 5-Lug 15" Beadlock wheel.
Are the factory wheels 6+1?
On a 15x7 wheel I see a few have options...
Thanks for the add -
Recently traded in my 2018 XP1000 Highlifter for the Xpedition ADV5. First trip out last weekend (160 miles total) and had a great time, glad to have found this site for information. I wanted to run 32's so I purchased adapters for my old RZR 4 lug wheel set, this is...
