Spent a day at Wildcat Offroad Park in KY last week and hooked up with a group from W. TN who welcomed us to ride with them.

Glad you found a group to ride with. We typically ride alone or with another couple. We have tried to join some of the larger groups but don't care for how they act or ride. I think too much alcohol has something to do with it!
Our stepdaughter and her BF like the mud parks. We tried that once and never again!!! LOL
We are both in our 60's

We are late 60s, too, and know what you mean. The group we rode with was great. Some of the guys were drinking beers on the breaks, but you'd never know it in their actions or riding style. The trails were challenging enough that some of the riding was maybe 15 mph, and much slower in many spots. They were respectful and always made sure the rider behind them was there.

We normally ride with another couple our age and let the younger, more daring types, ride what they want. We'll just meet them at the other end of a really nasty trail via a different trail.

There is a good selection of trails with different degrees of difficulty. Something for everyone.
