I've come to the conclusion that there's no stopping water coming in the windshield near the wiper motor, but other than that I'm getting a lot of water coming in from somewhere. It collects in the headliner, especially when sitting stationary, then when I drive it pours out of the corners of the headliner and sometime out of the little notch cut for the wiper wire. The light bar wire appears to be sealed well so I'm wondering if the roof bolts could be the culprit. Any ideas/suggestion before I drop the headliner and l look for myself? Thanks.

I’ve yet to see an Xpedition where the roof panel lap joints line up. That, and because they expand with temperature, they tend to get a gap that allows water and dust in.

It’s a bit of a project, but you can disassemble the panels and either silicone or weatherstrip under the joints. Silicone doesn’t adhere very well to the plastic, so it’s not guaranteed to hold though. And you want a fairly soft weatherstrip if you go that route so it doesn’t hold the joints up.
