Walking Beam Trailer Build

OK I think this build is complete. All the gear fit great. The last touch was a decal to tie it in with FURY!!

Now It's time to get everything weighed at the cat scales... But before I do that I gotta go buy a 24 foot trailer to tow everything.
Love it! It looks like you're ready for some epic adventures now. 🍻

Having a rear cargo rack loaded with all my equipment really obstructs the view. During my test run, I realized, I can't see the overland trailer or anything else behind me. I solved this problem with a rear wireless camera and a 7 inch monitor mounted on the dash. Additionally, it continuously records all activity.

Lastly, the boss wanted hot water when camping for several days. I mounted a tankless water heater inside a carrying case that quickly hangs and opens up on the rear rack and attaches to the propane and water lines...

I'm done with this project, time to explore the AZ Peace Trail!

Two nice solutions! I like how you mounted the tankless water heater inside that carrying case. What brand/size did you get so others can follow your lead?

Good morning Dragoon,

Just to be clear, I can't take credit for this. I did a lot of research and saw that there were several overlanders on youtube that were going this route. The combined weight of the case and water heater comes in at exactly 25 pounds. All the hoses can be stored inside the case which are all set up with quick disconnects making it easy to just drop in the back seat or in the cargo area.
The majority of the youtube's were using pelican cases but based on the fact that I purchased the water heater on a black friday sale for $118.00, I couldn't justify spending over $300 on a Pelican case of this size. So I went with a cheaper non- pressurized without foam , which worked perfectly and cost $85.00, see below.

Additionally, I added a 5/8 inch piece of plywood to add rigitity and clearance for the heater vent at the top of the case..

Hopes this helps.
