Refrigerant service ports

Notice that my A/C service ports high and low pressure have no caps on them which is a bad deal in my opinion for dirt and mud. Just curious if anyone else's is the same way? Need to figure out what size they are now?

Mine are all capped, both red and black caps. I think someone swiped yours.
