Went for a ride last weekend, seemed everything was okay on the ride. But was unloading it today to work on it. Switched it into turf mode, and it didn’t move off the trailer. Got out to look at everything, seen that the axle popped out of the diff. Popped it back in and drove it off the trailer and parked it. Question for you all, has this happened to anyone on the trail. And did it do any damage.

Id keep an eye on the CV Boot. If it happened while you were riding it could have caused a hole in the boot that could leak grease. I would think you’d have heard or felt it if it was for very long while you were riding though.

Typically, the only reason a CV axle would pop out without something else major causing it would be because it wasn’t fully seated in the first place. If it happened to me, I’d get it seated back in and then see how easily it was to pull back out. They usually take a couple good yanks to pop loose. If it comes out too easily, I’d check the ring clip and maybe spread it to add more tension, and then check again.

I’ve popped it back in, and I’ll keep an eye on it, what’s stumped me is I didn’t fill it out on the trail or loading it on the trailer. It was when I unloaded it off the trailer n turf mode. Doesn’t look like any damage been done, I’ll keep an eye on the boot for leaks

It’s possible that it was just barely in when you loaded it and fell out while trailering. I’ve never seen or heard of a stock axle popping out, short of breaking/bending or losing a suspension part, so I’m leaning towards it not being fully seated from the factory.

I had a front axle pop out on my first ride, less than 5 miles. Dealer said it probably wasn't seated properly when installed. They put a new axle in to ensure I had no more issues.

The stock axles fell out of my XP Turbo often (I did run with the front sway bar off). I finally decided that when I put the axles back in I put too my anti-seize in the socket and on the splines and the axle didn't seat.
If the OP still has the sway bar on then as you said I think it wasn't seated correctly at the factory
