Take the headliner out (really easy) and tie down the wiper connector and the rear dome lite connector. I had to do this on mine and my neighbors. Buy the extended warranty and dive it till it breaks. Remember this is a high performance off road vehicle not a Jeep(cheap).

On the rattle, is it just when it’s at idle and parked? Or when driving?
At an idle, the clutches are a little noisy and it’s normal. This is mine at idle.

If it’s while driving, then does the rattle go with the engine rpms or with the vehicle speed? On early Xpeditions, some came with the safety loop over the driveline installed backwards, letting it rub the driveline. Newer Xpeditions, they built the loop so it can’t be installed backwards. Also on a couple of the earlier ones I’ve found loose yokes on the transmission output shaft and front differential shaft. These would be noises that would go with vehicle speed. If it’s something that goes with engine rpm, that’s hard to say without hearing it in person. The valvetrain on the Prostar II motor is noisy as well as the clutches when they’re not under load.

Next, the front end noise when hitting a bump. Some Xpeditions have had noises from the suspension bushings. You can check and make sure all the suspension bolts are tight. There have been a couple that have had steering gear issues a that’s something for a dealer, if it’s still under warranty. there are other possibilities, these are just the most common I’ve heard of.

For the roof leak, if it’s along the roof joints, i typically clean out the joints really well and run a bead of silicone across them. Also the windshield has a little bit of adjustment in the hinges and a small amount on the latch piece mounted to the dash. You want the seal around the windshield to be well seated on the frame around it.
Overall, these are SxSs and you’ll never get them completely sealed like a car, but you should be able to get them reasonably close.

I've had bike to dealer five times since I bought it they have had alot of issues with other bikes polaris told them to take drive shaft off fill it full of greese but noise comes back sounds like heat shield is loose but it's not
