I'll hopefully have the kit tomorrow and I'll get it installed this weekend. Once I get it in and tested I'll report back, but after watching the video and talking with Speedwerx direct, it sounds like the ticket to significantly reduced cab noise and gaining performance. Video is worth watching. I have zero affiliation with this company.

I saw this video a couple weeks ago. Keep us posted, it would be great to know 0-30,0-60 time difference before and after as well. I opted not to get the Polaris weights switched because it didn’t really make a difference in sound after 40mph from what I could tell. My decibels on a phone app run at 85 when going 55-60 mph. If it truly knocks down to 70 that’d be a major improvement. I’ve done multiple layers of sound proofing etc already but very marginal results.

I installed the kit this morning and like the drivability of it. The engagement is much lower and the jerkiness of the clutching that my unit had is totally gone as is the sensation of having to really push the gas pedal to get any speed. I can cruise at 40 mph with the RPM's around 5300-5500. I tried to install a decibel meter app on my phone, but it was useless. The engine noise is reduced quite a bit, but nowhere near gone. There is certainly no loss of performance, seat of the pants it feels quicker.

I ran the machine quite a bit yesterday and found the unit won't rev above 7100 RPM. I emailed Speedwerx, I'll update this once I hear back and figure out what they recommend. I will say 0-40MPH is totally different, you can actually have a conversation driving around now. It certainly doesn't run like the one in their video 
Just curious, were you running it in comfort mode?
Comfort mode reduces throttle response, lowers engine power and limits the top rpm.
Standard mode allows normal throttle response, full power and rpm
Sport increases throttle response with full power and rpm.

Seeking clarification on something...
Polaris replaced the weights on mine which lets you run with less RPM's resulting in a quieter ride at a higher speed. In the video above it shows that RPM's remain the same, speed increases, but noise decibels drop. If the RPM's are what is causing the noise how do the decibels drop if the RPM's remain the same.? I can only assume that the springs and other items in the kit lower the decibels?

I installed the speedwerx kit on mine this weekend and was very happy with it!! It quieted it down a lot from 0-45mph at WOT it starts out at 7600 and climbs to a little over 8000 rpm hits 69 mph where it must hit a speed limiter, which is fine for most of my riding but again much quieter at regular cruising rpm.
Between the steeper cam and heavier weights and lighter primary spring it feels like its shifting like it should vs the stock (reving and not going anywhere clutching setup)
I feel like the engineering team at polaris couldn't have been much further off on clutching for this model.

I ended up removing 1/2 of the set-screw weight from each arm and also backed the 2nd set-screw out to the heel. My machine picked up about 600-700 RPMS on the top end. It's still pretty low (7650-7700), but I'll leave it and try it out on the trails. Speedwerx recommended this change, they say my 32" Terrabite Tires are the cause of the lower RPM's. The cruising noise has been greatly reduced and I agree with Jr66, the sensation of revving way up and not going anywhere is gone, this set-up really improves the driveability.

In my opinion, I would waste $500 on the Speedwerx Kit. I rode in a Xpedtition with the free Polaris upgrade and it's 95% there from my perspective. The Speedwerx kit hasn't been tested for variables, like larger tires etc...., even though it says for use with 32" tires. As you can imagine, it's a royal PITA taking this thing apart multiple times trying to get it right and Speedwerx quit responding after the initial inquiry. SAVE YOUR MONEY.
