Infernal Heater Install Question

I am installing an infernal heater on my XPedition and the instructions are a bit lacking. It says to install the Y fitting into the lower radiator hose. I do not see a lower radiator hose on these machines, just 2 at the top. My question is, is the passenger side hose or driver's side hose the one that goes to the water pump?

I followed it to the water pump and it is the the passenger side hose. I completed the install and it works great. Instructions were crappy, but everything works awesome.
