Put it in the dark. Put somebody on the inside with a bright light. You get on the outside and look for light. Wherever the cracks are is where the whistle is coming from. Polaris is bad about having warped our out of alignment doors. Some are having to physically bend the door frames to make them fit better. You might have to add some weatherstriping
My XP5 is way better than my Ranger as far as the doors go but they still need to do a better job.
If I can buy a Kia for $22k and it's about perfect in everyway then for twice the money Polaris can do a better job.
