Breaks

RZR Pro R Master Cylinder part # is 1913295, Expedition part # 1912822, so they are different.
Description for RZR Pro R Specs is "4-Wheel Hydraulic Disc with Triple-Bore Front and Dual-Bore Rear Calipers; Aluminum Top Hat Rotor"
Description for the Expedition Specs is "4-Wheel Hydraulic Disc with Dual-Bore Front and Rear Calipers."
Ranger XD 1500, "Foot activated and power assisted, 4 wheel hydraulic disc with dual-bore front and rear calipers"
So maybe either the RZR or 1500 brakes would fix the problem.

No one thought to say breaks is actually spelled brakes

With this info the RZR Pro is 21mm bore is a little larger than the Xpedition being 3/4". Might be something to look into swapping the system over to the Pro R parts.

It would be good to know if the Pro R master cylinder could bolt up to the Xpedition.
The main reason for the XD 1500 having vacuum assist brakes is its hauling and towing capacity. That and it’s 500 pounds heavier than the Xpedition dry weight.
