another member here pointed me in this direction after reading their comments. So, I decided to order myself a set and see if these help or not, I still have to receive them and install as well, but this seems to be only one company making aftermarket brakes for our machines.

The TrailD Ceramic Pads for the Expedition just became available yesterday, I ordered a set and we will see if that helps, hope to install them this week. My dealer already tried a new master cylinder, that did not help.
Keep us posted.

I guess I’m missing something, are y’all not able to stop or you just don’t like the way the brakes feel? While the brakes aren’t as strong as the ones on my Pro XP I’m also not traversing the trails at the same speed. That being said the xpedition is quite a bit heavier. Definitely interested to hear your thoughts on these pads.

I did not see any improvement with the TRAILD Ceramic pads. I think the brakes are just inadequate for the weight of this vehicle. I think Polaris should consider power assisted like they have on the new Ranger XD 1500.
