Additionally, in the current location (Driver side), doesn't your jack and shovel interfere with the tent being completely open?

Browettm, Nice set up! Did you find any issues with unzipping the tent with the current configuration with the shovel and jack. I planned on placing my shovel separate across the rear over the rack!

I think I've covered all that, and that alone has made a noticeable difference.
