Wow, it's got some serious ground clearance and suspension travel! The new 1500cc engine is cool and I'm interested to know more about the metal belt system and how it performs. Heated seats in the higher-end trim level is a nice feature for those in colder climates.

Bottoming out on the skid plate definitely doesn't do even the best tires any favors. It can create a suction effect that can bog down any rig.

The tinted windows look fantastic with Army Green paint! That mounting location looks like a good solution. Maybe you could mount a Rhino grip to the side there to hold it securely. Here's a link to the ones I used under the middle seat in a Defender I had that worked well. https://a.co/d/2by2RUw

That's some great real-world testing right there! I'm surprised those tires didn't clear out better, but that is some thick mud that looks really sticky. It almost seems like it has some clay in it.

I would think that the center console on the Xpedition would remove the ability for the normal middle-of-the-floor gun mount. If the passenger seat flips up then you could possibly mount some rifle mounts under the seat that become usable when you flip the seat up. Otherwise, I think your only...

That's super helpful, thank you! I'm a fan of the Milwaukee Packout System as well so it's nice to see that two mounting plates fit nicely in the bed with room to spare. Do the rear seats flip up by chance or do you have to maneuver things through the door opening to make them fit?

From a manufacturing standpoint, it would make sense if they released a new Ranger with the Xpedition engine and chassis. Everything else they could gear towards work like a front bench seat, dump bed, etc.

These mods look great! I only have a 12'' light bar on the front bumper so I can only image how good that overhead LED bar works! Thank you for sharing the real-world gross weight. It will be interesting to see how much more the ADV5 weights with its enclosed cargo area and extra glass.
