Hey everybody,

I'm reaching out to see if anyone knows of any high-quality mounting solutions for a 50" lightbar that won't ruin the look of the bike. The ones available from Polaris with the Rigid setup are nice, but I'm planning on getting a Rough Country lightbar instead to save some cash. Any suggestions would be much appreciated!

I spent a little while searching and haven’t found anything for the 50” light bars. Because they come right to the edge of the roof, there’s some curvature to deal with.

You might try contacting one of the aftermarket accessories companies like DRT or AJK Offroad and see if they might be interested in making some. Seems like there’s a market for them on the Xpeditions, and it wouldn’t be difficult for them to copy the Polaris brackets.

As an update to this post. I have reached out to Polaris and the part numbers for the mounts are 5639335 and 5639334. If you have a different 50" light bar you want to use you will just have to reach out to your dealership for the parts.

Unfortunately, the list price for each side is $85 a piece.

Good to know.
Considering that the light bar they are for is $1800, it’s not surprising they’re that expensive. Polaris definitely isn’t afraid of price gouging on parts only they sell. There are a lot of options out there on light bars that are just as good but for less than half the price.

You got that right! I've been shopping around and its disturbing what some lights cost. I'd rather destroy a 2-300 dollar light bar then an $1800 one, but to each their own.
