So I have decided to hold off on adding a mid travel kit on my 2025 ADV Northstar . But I would like to replace my wheels and put 33's on it . The Pro Armor wheels on it now have a +62 offset . I would like to put something in the +10 offset on to set the wheels out a couple of inches on each side . Does anyone see any problem with that , and any sugestions ?

I went with 4+3 wheels and 32x10x15 tires.I'm at 70"wide. No rubbing or other issues. I've since added MTS springs.

I’m running Packard Performance Element wheels with their 3.5/3.5 offset, and 32” Maxxis tires. It puts my overall width at 72” with stock A-arms.
When measured against an Xpedition we built with HCR and Method 5/2 offset wheels, my Xpedition is 2” narrower.

Any rubbing? I'm on stock wheels and 33" tires with no rubbing.

Yes a little . I changed wheels to 4+3 to move the tires outward some . But I guess still not enough . It barely rubs when making a tight u turn . I have ordered a set of Super ATV Atlas Pro 1" Forward Offset A Arms . I read on here that one person had a problem breaking CV Shafts when making a U Turn . I'm assuming they were using more foreward offset and not using the steering stops that limit turning radius . Super ATV said they have tested these extensively and have had no problems with cv shafts breaking and they do not need steering stops . By the way I measured my tires at 20 psi and even though they are 33's they measure closer to 34" .

I'm running system3 xtr370s and they are a true 33. I don't think I could fit a bigger tire, but I'm very happy with these.

On my 2024 I went +10 with a 4x3 offset. With 33” tires it has plenty of clearance on some of the toughest trails at Tackett Creek TN without hitting. The extra width certainly helped along with the added height from the 33’s I was abit leery about the height without increasing the footprint and it worked out well. Lastly, I went from a roof mounted spare to just the repair kit to take that upper weight off and help the center of gravity.
Good luck
