My dealership did the updated prop shaft under warranty. It lasted about 50 miles if that, and its back just as bad as before. It's pretty sad I can be on the trail and hear that tinny noise coming down the trail and say here comes an Xpedition. Not sure where I go from here with the dealership.

Polaris doesn't want to spend the money for new balanced drive shafts. Either keep complaining, live with it or get an aftermarket

The Sandcraft driveshaft upgrade is an excellent option… but pricy!
Aside from a little annoying vibration, I can’t see the OEM driveshaft causing any significant problems anytime soon. I have 3500 miles on my Xpedition and no leaks at the snorkel gear or front differential. And oil changes aren’t showing any more metal than any other SxS i’ve serviced.

I run Maxxis 32-10R15 Carnivores. I’d say they’re reasonably aggressive.
