I'm working on a Thumper Fab build for a 2024 Xpedition Northstar.

The current configuration:

Would love general feedback on this, but my biggest question is - is there a better (compatible) tire than the Roxxzilla's if this vehicle is road titled, and will be predominately driven road as an all-purpose property snow plow?

Appreciate the advice!

Sounds like it’ll be a pretty good build for your purposes. The tires look like they’ll work well in the snow, and while I haven’t worked with Thumper Fab long travel, I’ve heard good things about them.

Would love to see pictures when you finish building it. 😊

Outside of a solid straight drive shaft that fixes the silly 5,500 RPM rattle because of terrible alignment, and the aftermarket clutch kit to reduce the in-cab noise.. I'm really just going to need to figure out sound insulation.

Good to know those things will chomp at the snow well, that was my biggest concern.

Who knows on photos. Not really my thing. I'm private.

Unfortunately, I went with HCR and portals and did not work so well, but I’ve heard really good things About thumper Fab 2X has installed several of those

Sounds like a nice build! I'm excited to see photos of it completed.

Well, the car was literally around 86 inches wide and there was so much stress on the HCR labg travel it just ripped it apart
Ah ok. I know UTV Pros has portals on theirs and it seems to be working well.

I know he’s a rock crawler, but haven’t seen how hard he pushes it, since he has another machine for the really technical stuff.
