How can I gain about 10-15 extra horsepower?

Looking for suggestions on adding approximately 10-15 horsepower without making this machine louder (ie) exhaust. I do love the shock therapy suspension upgrade and HCR mid travel kit.

If you haven’t done an ECU tune and clutch kit, then your machine is on the Polaris “Comfort“ clutch fix. That dumbed down the hp compared to the first release machines in ‘23.
Doing a clutch kit and ECU tune is the easiest way to get get more power out of these machines.

AA 2024+ Xpedition Stage 1 Lock & Load Kit

It will get a little noisier with higher rpm, but the only real way to mitigate that is sound dampening and insulation.
