Front ac line protection

Not sure if anyone else makes them but I bought a set of guards for the front ac lines from DRT. Should work pretty good.

Surprised they used push pins. Are they steal or plastic?

Aluminum. Push pins are oversized.

I have a set but had to do some trimming for the front as I have an aftermarket front bumper. Works great but I think I will swap out push pins for bolts soon.

Push pins are a bad idea. Hit the guard with a stick, push pins will bend or break and still bend the lines.

I make one for the fire wall all metal construction and bolts on.

Anything breaks if you hit it it hard enough. It's stout.I don't have a problem with it.

We used U-Nuts and M6 torx head bolts for mounting the guard on the firewall.
