So first the machine has 1,067 miles on it so not new. Just a new noise 🤣. Yesterday while riding engaged the 4wd per usual and it sounded different this time. Almost like a grinding - vibration noise. I noticed it to be worse in turns but it was still there when straight. Not sure if I should be looking at driveshaft issue that I’ve seen on here, or check diff fluid? I’ve always said the diffs look small on these things, and hopefully this isn’t my sign mine is tanking. 4wd seems to work just fine as usual but with this new noise. I’ve had pretty good luck out of the machine for the last year with long travel on 35s. Front end clunk that I’ve seen others have but I’ve gotten over that.

First thing I would do is check the CV’s.

Front drive shaft, "they're working on it" so I'm told. There's a couple other posts on here referencing the issue. It'll be very pronounced when crawling in high gear 4wheel drive.

Yep! I cleaned it last night took it down the road (blacktop) and it seemed to get quieter the faster it got. What’s the problem theyve found?
