You do not have to drill into the Rhino rack. I just used the Rhino-Rack Hardware Fit Kit for Rotopax, from Amazon. Then mounted it using just two of the holes in the Rotopax mount. It doesn’t sit square but it works great for my configuration. You can buy a roof rack mounting plate that spans...
I purchased a set of Jeep Grab Handles from Amazon used the 1st bolt that holds the ceiling in and tapped the existing hole in the piller. It works nice
I am using the Denali 72” steel blade. Plowed 10” of fresh snow when it was 5° out last week. The machine performed flawlessly. I also installed the scene lights and a 40 inch light bar plowed at night I could see everything it was great

I did the same thing with the breaks. Mine developed an oil leak on the clutch shaft. I do have a leak on the passenger side, the glass windshield bolts are not sealed. Trying that

Anyone know what the two plugs at the front of the Xpedition Northstar are for? They are right behind the front fascia sitting on top of the winch in front of the radiator.
I had the Terrabites on my 2015 Xp1000. Great long lasting tire. Have approximately 5,000+ miles on them and still 25% tread life. They are not great in the heavy deep snow unless you air them down so you stay on top. They did ok in the mud. Great on the gravel, dirt, pavement.
I looked it doesn’t appear that the u joints have a grease zerk, any body know if a way to get to the prop shaft carrier bearing to inspect that or grease it?
When I eventually smoke this clutch I plan on going with a Duraclutch. What type of clutch kit do you recommend in the meantime and have you used a specific sound deadening products?
Help,, I am going deaf. I recently purchased the Xpediton ADV Northstar and it is almost unbearably loud to the point that I would not recommend spending $50K on this machine. It helps when you load up the cooler and tool box in the back end but still crazy loud. I love everything else...
