This is what we used. I can't remember how we figured out how to do it, but it was fairly easy. There is only one connection on the xpedition and it is under the console and can be reached through the battery box.

It gets better with time. The first time out I actually rolled down a hill in reverse. The brake was pressed hard the whole time. I have over 500 miles on it now and they work great. I can't say at what point they seated, but I don't have concerns anymore.
That's too bad. We were at Sand Hollow all last week as well. As for the water in the fuel, from what I understand, there is a fuel tank breather vent that comes up behind the driver seat inside the frame. Some people have extended it because they could smell fumes. With what you went...
Thanks for the reply. So, you are absolutely correct. There is a hose that connects to the top of the housing that appears to act as an air vent. Any water deeper than that would flood the housing that covers the alternator with no way to escape. From what I can see, you would have to take...
Both my son and I had the same issue on the bottom corner of the window. There is a large transition between the lower plastic and the seal on the side of the window. I had about a 1/4" difference and my son had about a 3/8" difference. The problem is that the rubber seal on the windshield...

Looks like a fun ride! I see you you brought along some extra gas. Polaris says, "up to 200 mile range". How did you do? Was there still some gas in the tank after your 150 miles?
Both my son and I have the ADV5 Northstar. I have a roof mount, so I just drilled through the mount and attached it there. That works for me as I will only have a kayak on top. My son's took a little more thought. We fabricated a mount that uses the existing bolt holes for the roof. This...
