The Red SDR car is definitely painted. I painted mine ,its not to bad to take apart. lots of pull pins, its a great time to do all your wiring if you are adding accessories.

I put these on my ADV5 and they are stout! we did bunch of rock crawling on the AZ peace trail last week and they work!

just took mine completely apart. the doors are a little tricky but once I figured it out the other three went quick. lots of push pins!

Definately hearing some noise on mine also. particularly when backing up.

I just got my ADV 5 NS and I was scared after reading all the Noise about Noise, but after driving it I dont have any issue with it. It is way quieter that my Pro R RZR! Just my 2Cents

I noticed the exact same thing on mine, first time I went to close the glass it flexed and I said Whooo! That's going to break. I am careful to close from the two sides over the struts until I see or come up with a solution.

Does anyone know (before I pull my headliner) if the Northstar ADV has a pulse bar in the roof like the Rangers do?

I have sat in a new ADV at the overland expo and I can say that there is more legroom and better seating ergos than a NorthStar ranger. I am 6'-4"
