My winch is pulled in so tightly that the rubber bumper on the rope behind the hook is squished. I can't rotate the knob to unlock it. When I have someone push the out button, the winch clicks but I can't pull the rope out. How do I fix this issue?

WD Electronics includes one with their street legal kit. They probably sell it separately.

What are these for?...an unused wire harness and a connector with nothing connected to it. Both are on drivers side near the heater duct which is about where your right knee is. It's not the harness for the front aux light. I have located that and it is labeled.
