Instead of Park, you can use Neutral to start. I have noticed when it starts it revs up first and then idles down, maybe that is why it requires neutral or park to start. It would save on belts and gear boxes.
I have the AA clutch kit and will not be going with Polaris clutch weights. I did put 32" Rock A Billy tires on. Each helped a little and both helped a lot with the noise issue. But what fixed the problem of noise was a Rugged Radio with intercom and a good set of headsets. I will not buy Rock...
There are two small Allen head screws, one on the very front and after you take the top off, there’s another one in this inside where you take the knob off
I found the Uni-strut nuts work great in the side slides. (The Uni-struts have much more bearing on the underside of the slide mount). Then a short 3/8th bolt through what ever your tying down, length of the bolt is up to you, just don't let it bottom out. I pulled the rubber bumper for the...
I have it. It is not an exact fit, but by pulling it through the original slot, then reinstalling the the original, it seals perfectly. I'm thinking I'll pull it back off and glue the booted one to the original one. It really does work very well. No cold air or dust.
The part number for the...
Take a look and what "dbeck18787" (search him), to see what I just did. It appears that he pulled the new boot through the shifter boot and tied it off. I did just that and I guess time will tell...
Tint is the best way, but in the mean time I bought these.

I found this in someone else comments. I have not put it on yet but it looks like it will work just fine. From Partzilla.

System 3 bead locks with Sedona rockabilly’s 32 inch. I also installed the AA clutch pack. With the two of them RPM has reduced around 1000 RPM total. Very happy with it, although it does take almost a mile in sport mode to get to 66 miles an hour. But I rarely need that speed. Most of mine is...
Just installed Sedona rock a billy 32 inch tires and system 3 bead lock wheels. At 60 miles an hour on the speedometer, (which does not change no matter what tire you put on), the GPS was showing me traveling at 64 miles an hour. So that should help For cruising in the 30 to 40 mile range with...
I did install the AA clutch pack to reduce the RPMs some before we went to Moab. I am very happy with that modification. It still will reach the speed limiter in 1/4 mile in sport mode, so no loss of top end. I still might try 32" tires. I have the Polaris rock sliders and they did get...
We took 4 machines with us. We did the "Slick Rocks trails", "Poison Spider trail", and the longest was the "Chicken Corner trail". In this photo we had just completed Poison Spider.
A friend of mine had to codes read on his machine and found 117 times he had bumped the brake and gas pedal at the same time. WTH? You are correct on moving the brake over even 2 inches.
I installed these on my Xpedition also. I just came back from Moab and yes I did bump them a few times on the Poison Spider trail. No damage to the machine what so ever thanks to them.
