maybe drive shaft need lubrication in the yoke? because they build these things so fast that things do get overlooked and forgotten.

This is the plug and charger for the front port on right side to charge the battery with, I have this and currently using it when expedition is in the garage.

you think rear bumper is going to interfere with the bed dumping?

the plug hole in the front right side uses this type of plug and connect to this charger. also, the charger can be set for flooded agm or lithium batteries. I have both of these and I am currently using them while the expedition is at home in the garage.

Most likely the engineers wanted an agm battery and Corp said flooded, to save money.

This is from the Polaris site, from parts for the expedition, I also confirmed by looking in the battery compartment .

I looked the other day and its a lead acid battery- part #Battery, Flooded, Filled, 575 CCA, Part 4014132-P all expeditions come from factory like this.

So I have been thinking about installing one in the xp, but not sure where to place it in cab, anyone install their radios yet, if so, please post some pics and helpful ways to install have no idea how or where yet.

damn I too have removed the 4500 pnd winch and installed the 6000 model but no issues so far, and I also havent had the need to use the winch yet, so might just whip it out and see what happens!!

ok so what lines are the ac and others heat? if you enclosed all of them wouldn't the ac lines get heated?
