That would be about right. 2” from the rotor to the hub face on each side would put it at 72”

There were 2 of the green. Both Northstars. And then mine and my brothers gray Ultimates. Honestly, the pictures online of the green doesn’t do them justice. They’re really good looking in person.

HCR used my brothers Xpedition for fitment because theirs hadn’t come in by the time they were ready. I am just going off what he’s told me so I could be wrong 😂 But since he’s dealing directly with HCR, I trust it.

I don’t know if the kits include shocks but I believe they do include the longer axles.

72” will be the overall width if you run factory offset wheels. HCR said they’re pretty much keeping factory shock geometry. And as for tie rods, the stock ones are pretty weak as is. Although I’m not doing a long travel kit i am replacing those with a set from Kryptonite.

In all my fiddling around under the dash I haven’t seen anything for that. All connections for brake lights I’ve seen are at the rear of the machine and samsbackuplights.com has a kit for reverse lights that uses the diagnostic connector for the reverse signal.

I saw their Xpedition at Trail Hero and it looks amazing. My brother has the kit on order so we’ll get pics as soon as we get it.

The strut post is 11mm.

One of my friends just got his XP5 Northstar and said was dripping a little oil. I checked it out for him and found the oil filter was a little loose. About a half turn by hand and no more leaking.

There’s no visible difference on camber that I can see. I also want to do a re-spring sometime soon.

Prior to adjusting the inner part was slightly canted up from the frame out. Now they’re basically level.

No, it’s the same for me. I just have done the install on almost all my own accessories so glad to be of help wherever I can.

If you accidentally break the glue holding the wedges of the nut together, you can position the split vertically to make it easier to get into the tube. Had that happen on one of mine.

Yeah they’re still missing some stuff. Those Rock sliders are fairly straightforward install. On a 2 seater, along the bottom there will be 2 circle indents in the plastic about 1.5” diameter. Cut those out with a hole saw. Stick the bolts through the outside of the slider and the split nuts...

We ran the preloads down about 2” on both mine and my brother’s to get it to the advertised ground clearance. The preload is just for ride height and doesn’t affect ride quality. It’s best to set it once you’re loaded up how you’ll normally ride. There will also be some spring sag after...

System 3 has their SB6 And SB7 series with the standard offset for Xpeditions, Method has their 407 and 412 series that are only 6” wide but maintain the standard offset. Tusk has their Uinta and Tintic series ITP has their Hurricane series. That’s what I’ve been able to find so far.

I used adapters on mine to adapt from the new 5x4.5 to the old 4x156mm that my Polaris General had so I could use the set of Raceline beadlock wheels I already had. The adapters I used are only 1” thick, but between those and the 4/3 offset on the wheels my Xpedition is now 72” overall width.

While it may seem you’re running it too high, you’re not. These are the same motors that are in the ‘24 RZR Pro XP. They are perfectly fine to run up to around 9000 rpm and the stock tune won’t let it over 8200-8300. You can lower the rpm with a clutch kit, but in doing so you’ll drop it out...

There was one with a cap but hanging loose on the driver side that had the power from the switch. I didn’t see any uncapped on mine. Also I just bought the Y cable from Polaris to connect the 2 lights. I bought a pair of gp10s from GG Lighting for my driving lights. They don’t fit completely...

I wasn’t able to find anyone with the rockers for the smaller blade switches. Had to buy the $65 one from Polaris for my auxiliary lights that are pre-wired. I spent quite a lot of time searching the interwebs for one but couldn’t find any 🫤
