looking for a trailer

Traded my general xp4 in on a 2 seat 2025 expedition northstar . I am looking for direction in buying a good open aluminum trailer. I have the two place . Great to be a part of your forum.

For the trailer, I’d recommend searching your area for trailer dealerships and checking out their inventory. Most trailer sales places carry multiple brands and looking at them in person can help find the one that suits your needs best.
 
I know this is not an aluminum trailer, but went this route. Planning on pulling doubles behind my 30’ fifth wheel. It’s a 12’ 7k tilt deck. With 4” drop axles

Aluma or Triton brands are the best built ones that I've seen. 7' x 12" will work the best for your UTV. Get the front rail with it.
 
I bought a 16’ now I need a 22’ to carry both utv’s. And what’s upgraded about the 4 door besides the extra space? I personally wouldn’t ever buy a 4 door utv, they’re to long in my opinion and suck at switchback turns.

While the 2 seater is a little more maneuverable, the 5 seater has a better ride due to the longer wheelbase.
I mostly ride by myself, and occasionally my wife comes along, but I rarely use the back seat for people and I still prefer the 5 seater.
I have driven a 2 seat Xpedition, and while I’m still blown away by how well they ride compared to any other A-arm 2 seat SxS, they still have the 2 seat “buck” that you don’t get with the longer machines.
I can only guess how nasty the trails must be in your area, since around my riding area the length has never really been a problem for making corners, and often as not, has been a benefit. There’s less chance (if only a little) of flopping a longer machine on really washed out, twisty trails.
 
Gotcha bud, I think a lot has to do with personal preferences, I dislike all 4 seater buggy’s and that’s just my opinion, I don’t like 2 up atvs for the same reason, I understand the longer wheel base point and the 2 door buck, I also typically ride by myself so having all those seats would be overkill for me and I’m to tall to sleep in the back lol
 
100% agree. Pretty much comes down to personal preference. And, like I said, these Xpeditions ride so much better in the 2 seat configuration that I’d actually consider one, whereas every other brand of 2 seater in this type of SxS (Ranger, Defender, Rmax, General, etc.) would be a definite No for me.
Again, personal preference. Where I live 2 seaters of every type are considerably more popular, whereas 40 miles away in the next city, 4/5 seaters are the majority. And we all ride the same areas.
 
Honestly you can’t go wrong with either model, just depends on what floats your boat and fits your needs. Back to the trailer topic though, I would definitely buy bigger than you need as I’ve personally learned that lesson multiple times. I did not expect to own two sxs’s but that’s how it worked out and now I need a much longer trailer.
 
On the trailer question, I went with a 22' trailer. Perfect for the single sxs and works for our two can-am spyders. I agree with it being a preference on 2 or 4 seater. We knew we wanted a 2 seater but were not sure on either the XP or the ADV. We went with the ADV and the puppy loves it!

Not sure, but looking at spec's for length on the Polaris website it would be close. Looks like both lengths combined would be 21'. Both machines are a little over 10' in length (stock).
