Love the Xpedition, looking for reliable aftermarket

We bought our ADV5 NS right after Christmas and have really enjoyed it. I am a faster & more aggressive driver, use to my past Polaris Scrambler 1000 & Yamaha Raptor 700, so obviously this is not as nimble or fast. I have reclutched it twice and much happier now but looking for reliable performance parts, engine and suspension.
We do live in CO, starting at 6500 ft and regularly go into the mountains around 10k feet, so needing extra air into the engine is a big goal of mine! Aftermarket Assassin's seems to be a better bet than Force and I hear there is another option coming to market soon, any advice would be great!
Suspension wise, I don't care to go too large with tires, but the long-arm kits are as much as turbos! I would like a wider stance, but not for $5k. I'm nervous about a wider offset wheel or spacers as everyone has warned that they will blow bearings on the half shafts. Has anyone tried a good supplier or have reliable miles on greater off sets?

I have over 1,000 miles with aftermarket 6+1 wheels and 1.5ā€ spacers running 32ā€ tires with no issues. Gave it the stance I wanted without going too far. I did this before a lot of other wheel options came out that would have done the same without spacers. Also running a shock therapy spring kit so that also gave a lot of ride height and stance back. Like you, the long travel is sweet but I will spend my money on a turbo before that for my riding style.

Ditto, I'm running Alpha 32's, 1-inch spacers, and SRS springs. My AA stage 2 tune and quiet clutch did help with power, but the SRS springs made a huge difference and added 3 inches to the stock ride height. At Hatfield with the stock springs and 32's running hard I had some rubbing and bottoming out. That is completely fixed with the SRS springs, I can rip with the RZR's now and not bottom out. The only concern I would have with mid\long travel kits is the tight trails and required turning on the East coast (Hatfield/Rock Run). AA turbo is next..
 
From the very start of getting my Xpedition, just over a year ago, I put 4/3 offset wheels with 1ā€ adapters, which put my overall width at 72ā€ I ran that setup for around 1500 miles.
Since then Iā€™ve put another 600 miles with Packard Performance 3.5/3.5 offset wheels that put the overall width at 73.5ā€ and still no signs of wheel bearing issues.
With that much offset I did have to re-spring the shocks, but stock shocks tend to sag over time and need replacing anyway.
While the Packard wheels are very expensive, the wheels, tires and springs were less than half the cost of long travel and put my Xpedition only a couple inches narrower than my Brothers Xpedition that has HCR.

What lights do you have on the roof? Do you get any glare from the forward-facing bar light?

I'm new to the Xpedition world and want to get a few things on mine. I have a two seater.

Itā€™s the Rigid 50ā€ curved light bar on top. It sits just far enough back that there isnā€™t any glare on the windshield. If you do much night riding itā€™s well worth having. Thereā€™s also 2 GG Lighting GP20 amber pods in the bumper for when Iā€™m night riding in someoneā€™s dust.

Some of the other upgrades Iā€™ve done are;
32ā€ Maxxis Carnivore tires on Packard Performance Beadlock rims.
Gilomen performance clutch kit and ECM tune
Low profile rock sliders
Shock Therapy high volume Nitrogen caps on the shocks.
Eibach springs
And Polaris fender flares.

Up next will probably be a RPM muffler.

Worth noting is that Iā€™ve replaced the nitrogen caps on 6 Xpeditions now for ones with schrader valves so that we could set the nitrogen pressures and every one of them has had super low pressure in the front shocks and varying pressures in the rears from the factory. The ride quality of the Xpedition from the factory was exceptional, but setting the proper nitrogen pressures improved ride quality significantly over factory.

I am curious about the lights above your doors and that bumper, too.
Ah missed a couple of the upgrades šŸ˜‚

Lights on the roof are scene lights. Theyā€™ve come in handy quite a few times.

The bumper is the HD bumper offered by Polaris. Itā€™s pretty heavy and definitely heavy duty. It allows for the upgrade to a 6,000# winch, but I just kept the stock 4,500# winch.
