    Polaris box.I don't carry a spare,axles,or a rotopax.I carry a saw,tools,tire plugs,compressor, etc.Plenty of room.

    What kind of problems? I put MTS on about 500 miles ago and haven't had any issues.

    Have you adjusted the preload on the springs? If you're not "dumping" any more money into that thing then that's about it.

    What Wheel Offset ?

    I went with 4+3 wheels and 32x10x15 tires.I'm at 70"wide. No rubbing or other issues. I've since added MTS springs.

    Rear tire sidewall slice not leaking air

    It won't hold.I used that to try and fix a cut in the tread one time.A tire flexes too much.
